We’re just one week away from the launch of Season 3 of The Disagreement podcast. It’s gonna be a banger.

We’ve got a whole new lineup of long-form, productive disagreements on the world’s most consequential topics.

Next Thursday, we’re kicking off the new season with Gender and Elite Sports. It’s a uniquely evidence-based and compassionate conversation on one of the most difficult topics in our culture.

Our guests in the disagreement are elite athletes themselves and have deep experience at the intersection of sports and gender. Both are advising the major athletic governing bodies working through the science and ethics of how and when trans athletes compete at the highest level.

   1. A few days before releasing an episode, we will send out a “State of the Discourse” newsletter, framing the issue and creating essential context.

   2. A few days after an episode, we will send out a “Summary of Key Arguments” and “Getting to Nuance" where we attempt to model nuanced position-formation.

2. How to Disagree

   1. We are going to release episodes where we model the tactics, strategies, and mindsets for how to have productive disagreements using real political and interpersonal disagreements.

3. Theory of Change Interviews

   1. We are going to interview people who are on the front lines trying to create a different political and national discourse. We will explore their unique vantage points and theories for achieving success.
